Overview:

Dynamic BDC is seeking individuals to join our fast-growing team of Customer Service Representatives! Our representatives will assist nationwide automotive clients by conducting customer contact regarding pertinent manufacturer information and assist in scheduling service appointments.

What you’ll accomplish in a typical day:

  • Inbound and outbound calls/chat contacting of customers affected by a nationwide automotive recall
  • Typing and following templates which provide pertinent information based on specifics established per campaign
  • Providing information to the dealership sales team based on each customer’s contact
  • Provide feedback for program improvements
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Agent must have an understanding and be able to navigate through the corporate websites.
  • Learn and stay current with the contact center procedures, product information and online resource tools
  • Ability to provide good customer service including: effectively communicate to dealers, customers and corporate stakeholders to resolve customer issues in a timely matter.

What you’ll need to be successful at Dynamic BDC:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills required
  • Strong customer service skills and previous customer service experience desired
  • Some knowledge of working with software systems and navigating websites
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong team player
  • Self-motivated and positive
  • Reliable
