Our client is a leader in the senior living industry who is looking to add an experienced and professional Corporate Recruiter to their team. As a Corporate Recruiter, they will handle high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and develop relationships with HRBPs and hiring managers to best understand their needs.

The Corporate Recruiter must have two years of high-volume recruiting experience.

Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

  • Associate degree
  • 2 – 3 years of experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
  • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with hiring manager, employees, and residents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or business
    • Experience using recruiting software, i.e. iCims, NeoGov, Taleo, Workday, etc.,
    • Experience using social networks for recruiting, i.e. Facebook, Indeed, SnapChat, etc.
    • Experience using job boards, such as Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, Monster, etc.
    • Knowledge of employment law, such as FCRA, ADA, FSLA, ADEA, etc.
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
    • Proficient understanding of medical terminology

Corporate Recruiter Description:

  • Support full cycle recruiting activities: schedule calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database, pre-employment screenings, on-boarding and new hire orientation.
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization
  • Coordinate hiring activities, such as resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Prepare and post job advertisements online
  • Undertake administrative duties (e.g. answering emails, voicemails, and drafting offer letters)
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Process background checks
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Recruits candidates from job/career fairs at educational institutions and other career events.
  • Resolve issues as fast as possible (i.e. interview cancellations)
