Summary:

Our client is a leader in the sports and entertainment industry who is looking to add an experienced and independent Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for providing high-quality, full life-cycle recruiting services to the client’s leaders. They will collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and assist with a wide variety of other human resource functions such as corporate events, colleague relations and exit interviews.

The Executive Recruiter must have at least 3 years of recent experience recruiting for Director, Executive, and C-Suite level roles.

Executive Recruiter Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Two or more years of hands-on recruiting experience (staffing industry a plus!)
  • Evidence of well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; previous experience utilizing social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to recruit
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects and initiatives simultaneously with a results-oriented approach
  • Energetic, projects a positive and professional image, has a strong sense of urgency, and has a true passion for the profession

Executive Recruiter Description:

  • Provide high-quality, full lifecycle recruiting services to company leaders
  • Utilize a blend of cutting-edge recruiting techniques to identify, attract and secure quality professional level candidates
  • Partner with and guide hiring managers through the selection process
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruiting sources and the community at large to accomplish hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions
  • Assist with a wide variety of other human resource functions such as corporate events, colleague relations and exit interviews
