Our client is a leader in the automotive technology industry who is looking to add an experienced and independent Inside Sales Lead. The Inside Sales Lead will work to grow company sales by calling prospective customers, attending trade shows, and generating new sales from current customers.

The Inside Sales Lead must have three years’ experience with new business development and sales progression.

Inside Sales Lead Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written means
  • Driven and results-oriented sales professional
  • Process oriented and functions well in a structured sales environment
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers

Inside Sales Lead Description:

  • Regular contact to prospects and existing customers through phone and email
  • Build and continue strong relationship with top accounts
  • Through a combination of relationship building with existing customers, dormant accounts, and converting prospects, grow company sales to monthly goal
  • Conduct regular monthly overstock and closeout call campaigns
  • Support inbound customer inquiries through phone and email
  • Work with product launch team to secure pre-orders for approved new products
  • Achieve maximum leverage from the CRM system and keep customer notes up to date
  • Follow up on all sales conversations and leads
  • Grow our aftermarket direct-to-dealer sales channel and support warehouse distributor sales channel
  • Find new markets for company products and identify product opportunities
  • Schedule new product training for customers, sales reps and company staff
  • Conduct sales webinars for key accounts and reps
  • Travel to accounts and attend annual distributor shows
