Our client is a growing company who is looking to add an experienced and professional Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively and accurately process bi-weekly payroll for all employees.

Payroll Manager must have at least 7 years’ experience managing payroll

Payroll Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience managing multiple payrolls at one time
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with payroll systems; Dominion is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organized in their work
  • Able to integrate new employees in the payroll system
  • Process improvement focused; looks for ways to improve efficiency and save money
  • Able to communicate effectively and quickly

Payroll Manager Description:

  • Process Bi-weekly payroll for 1000-3000 employees; includes exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Set up direct deposits for employee wages
  • Conduct process improvement for the payroll function
  • Build out payroll systems and processes
  • Integrate new employees into payroll system
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding on new payroll systems, processes, and laws
  • Communicate with accounting team to run requested reports
