Corporate Recruiter
Farmington Hills, MI


Our client is the leading Dental Service Organization specializing in portable and mobile dentistry. They are looking to add an experienced and professional Corporate Recruiter to their team. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the tactical execution of all talent acquisition initiatives and perform full lifecycle recruiting for dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and other corporate/field staff.

The Corporate Recruiter must have at least two years of recruiting experience.  

Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical or Corporate Recruiter
  • Proven experience with advanced technological recruitment resources such as social media, name generation & direct sourcing, and other internet sourcing tools
  • Ability to communicate the Company’s employment brand and value proposition 
  • Ability to establish professional and technical credibility, build positive working relationships and partnerships, including the ability to negotiate with and influence applicants
  • Previous experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), experience with iCIMS is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry, highly preferred
  • Proven experience as lead trainer/mentor of other recruiters, preferred
  • Need a Hunter – not afraid to cold call a dentist 25 times

Corporate Recruiter Description:

  • Recruiters are responsible for the tactical execution of all talent acquisition initiatives including using discretion and independent judgement through the full life-cycle of the recruiting process which includes,  but is not limited to: screening applicants for employment both in-house and for our HR Business Partners, interviewing applicants, making verbal and written offers of employment selectively exercised in matching persons seeking employment with requirements of the job opening and deciding which candidate to send to any particular HR Business Partner/employer for consideration.
  • Recruiters are also responsible for managing their own territories from screening to offer.
  • This position will work with the respective HR Business Partner and with corporate management to determine the most effective recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
