Summary:

Our client is a growing health, wellness, and fitness company who is looking to add an experienced and professional Recruiter to their team. As a Recruiter, they will establish the in-house recruitment function, recruiting for all roles within the company.

The Recruiter must have two years of recruiting experience with the ability to work completely independently.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 2+ years of related recruiting experience in an entrepreneurial culture, fast-paced/growing organization; Start-up experience is a plus
  • Results-oriented and collaborative work style required
  • Demonstrated success with a large volume of positions for diverse roles
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with low structure
  • Highly motivated and results driven

Recruiter Description:

  • Build relationships and work with hiring managers in all areas of the organization to ensure the best candidate matches based on culture and experience
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including social media and job boards, and personal networks to attract top talent
  • Apply previous experience to proactively find passive candidates
  • Source active candidates from online databases, lists, internal databases, job boards, social media outlets, and referrals
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from souring/screening through negotiating offers
  • Oversee the candidate assessment and background check process
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts for job boards and any other required recruiting tools
