Recruiting Coordinator

Detroit, MI


My client is a major pizza chain with strong connections to city of Detroit, who is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with methods and strategies to make candidate and hiring managers' interview and onboarding experience as smooth and positive as possible. 

The Recruiting Coordinator must have at least one year of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR responsibilities/administrative support
  • Onboarding experience highly preferred
  • Great organization skills
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate between various departments
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn 
  • Ability to scan large volume of resumes/documents
  • Represent company's values 
  • Communicate polished and professionally with candidates and internal teams 

Recruiting Coordinator Description:

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external availability for interviews
  • Manage calendar invites and building out interview agendas
  • issue parking passes for candidates, book conference rooms, print material, set up interview space
  • Book travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
  • Gathering required documentation for candidate expenses
  • Initiate staffing requisitions to be reviewed and finalized by assigned recruiter 
  • Coordinate onboarding events for hey hires (scheduling tours, gathering company swag, scheduling meetings etc.)
