Our client is a $6 billion global startup/spin off company focused on automotive aftermarket and ride performance technology; they are looking to add an experienced and professional Total Rewards Manager to their team. As a Total Rewards Manager, this professional will be leading global enterprise-wide compensation projects that involve development and re-design of existing compensation programs.

The Total Rewards Manager must have compensation and global human resources experience.

Total Rewards Manager Requirements:

  • Lead and/or participate in global enterprise-wide compensation projects that involve development and/or re-design of existing compensation programs
  • Provides support and advice to North America HR Leaders and HR management on pay decisions, policies and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as developing new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to management
  • Works with management on key initiatives to develop promotional and retention strategies for existing teammates
  • Supervises the participation in, conducts and/or purchases exempt and nonexempt salary surveys to ensure compensation objectives are achieved
  • Researches market comparisons to establish and maintain pay grades in system of record by state, regional or local areas

Total Rewards Manager Description:

  • 3+ years demonstrating the ability to lead global complex projects, which could potentially be long-term in nature
  • 4 - 6 years of experience with progressive Global Human Resources
  • Intermediate to expert experience with market analysis systems and data (i.e., Market Pay/Payscale, Willis Towers Watson, etc.)
  • Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to combine information from several sources and edit/tailor for multiple audiences
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations in support of analysis
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • 4 - 6 years Compensation experience (preferred)
