Position: Account Manager - Electronic
Location: Greater Detroit, MI

Summary:

Our client is a growing company who is looking to add an experienced and professional Account Manager. Our client market leader in Power Semiconductor Devices looking to add a Sales Manager - Power Semiconductors to provide direct technical sales support regarding automotive power semiconductors applications for major OEMs and Tier 1 and 2 suppliers

Account Manager – must have experience selling to OEMs/Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers 

Account Manager - Electronic Requirements:

  • Automotive Sales Manager for high power semiconductor devices e.g. IGBT, IPMs, and SiC (Silicon Carbide) modules for automotive applications
  • Provide technical support to customers on power semiconductor product selection, and application support assistance either directly at customer site or via telephone or email
  • Present technical product presentations for customers
  • Support applications and marketing colleagues on key customer projects and product developments
  • Domestic travel and occasional overseas travel for training is required
  • Provide timely and accurate sales updates, based on market and industry data

Account Manager - Electronic? Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree on Electrical/Electronic Engineering (majoring in power electronics or semiconductors)
  • Minimum three years of power electronics experience in the automotive market
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to and supporting Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 and 2 customers
  • Knowledge of IGBT switching, gate drive, protection, thermal design, and EMI/EMC
  • Knowledge on power electronic circuits in EV/HEV/PHEV traction inverters
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skill, fast learning ability and strong team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a necessity
  • Highly innovative, self-motivated and result-oriented
