Summary:

Our client is a rapidly growing company who is looking to add an Associate Community Specialist (Entry Level Sales) to their team. This multiyear training and development program prepares recent college graduates and inexperienced professionals for sales and leadership roles at Independence Village and StoryPoint communities

Associate Community Specialist must have 0-3 years of experience

Associate Community Specialist Requirements:

  • Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree within last year OR set to graduate with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Competitive with strong work ethic
  • Strong self-awareness and ethical behavior
  • Exceptional communication skills    
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking

Associate Community Specialist Description:

  • This multi-year training and development program prepares recent college graduates and inexperienced professionals for sales and leadership roles at Independence Village and StoryPoint communities
  • It begins with a foundational phase combining industry fundamentals with coaching in consultative selling skills, presentations and public speaking; development continues in the areas of team leadership and technical selling skills
  • Successful participants will be assigned to their own Senior Community and eventually may expand into regional leadership and coaching responsibilities
