Summary:

Our client is a growing company who is looking to add an experienced and professional Corporate Recruiter. Our client has served its world-class customers by manufacturing heavy gage stamped metal fasteners, progressive die metal stampings, and high value added assemblies

Corporate Recruiter must have 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience

Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

  • 3-5 years recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting on automotive positions highly preferred
  • HR generalist experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Detail oriented and organized

Corporate Recruiter Description:

  • Interviews applicants for employment, assists in filling out application forms, and answers questions on company employment and related policies and requirements.
  • Checks references, determine qualifications, and analyze previous experience and training in relation to job specifications
  • Rejects, hires, or refers satisfactory applicants to departmental supervisors or other interviewers
  • Maintains and develops recruiting sources and perform other miscellaneous human resource duties
