Our client is a mobile dental practice that provides dental care to children while in school. They are looking to Data Entry Specialists to their team. As a part of this team, you will input patient information to ensure correct contact, insurance, and legal information.

Must have 2+ years of experience in typing or data entry

Data Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years typing/data entry experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with and understanding of MS Office
  • Must pass typing test and checking test
  • Ability to quickly learn on the job
  • Able to sit at a desk all day

Data Entry Description:

  • Data entry input for patient information
  • Convert information handwritten forms into electronic system
  • Input patient name & contact info, insurance info, and signature info
  • Update information for patients in the internal system
  • Additional responsibilities within the data entry team
