Executive Assistant 
Farmington Hills, MI 

Summary:

Our client is a service-oriented, customer-prioritizing IT service organization that partners with clients to help solve their problems. They are looking to add an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to their team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the organization and prioritization of workload.

The Executive Assistant must have at least five years experience  

Job Title Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
  • 5+ years of office support experience for companies of similar size
  • Specialist knowledge of organizational processes, procedures and systems
  • Experience assisting management at a strategic and operational level
  • Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects within timeframes
  • Ability to communicate with impact and influence at an executive senior management level
  • Experience of scheduling, managing and monitoring various review forums
  • Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus

Job Title Description:

  • Management of incoming and outgoing electronic communications; screening of all incoming calls, ensuring prompt referrals and where appropriate resolve customer and employee queries
  • To liaise with colleagues within and across the organization, maintaining effective levels of contact
  • Support Network Team with administrative duties including but not limited billings, scheduling, process flow
