Warren, MI

Our client is one of the world’s leading adhesives and sealants solutions firm. They are looking to add a Key Account Manager to join their team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for calling on key OEM accounts, identifying and developing market opportunities, and developing current and potential business. 

Account Manager must have 5+ years of work experience in Technical Sales Experience

Account Manager Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering or Science
  • Five years’ work experience in commercial functions, such as Sales, Marketing or Technical Service is required
  • Experience working within automotive OEMs and General Motors is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required

Account Manager Description:

  • The General Motors Key Account Manager works closely with business development management, product management, R&D and regional OEM sales teams
  • Annually delivering year-over-year revenue and contribution margin growth
  • Creating and implementing the company's annual commercial strategy at General Motors
  • Developing a robust product pipeline for short and long term growth
  • Working “UP” and across the customer’s functional organizations to build relationships and promote the company and its solutions
