Our client is a prestigious and established immigration law firm who is looking to add an Immigration Attorney to their team. As an Immigration Attorney, they will be focusing on broad-based business immigration matters, with a specific focus on the PERM labor certification, RFE, and H1-B.  

The Immigration Attorney must have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school and have at least 1 year of experience working for a business immigration firm.  

Immigration Attorney Requirements:

  • JD from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
  • 1+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney with PERM labor certification experience
  • 1+ years of experience in preparing and filling on-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions is preferred
