Preschool Director
Greater Denver Area, CO

Our client is a growing company who is looking to hire an innovative Preschool Director. This is a rewarding role that requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Drawing on your successful experience and sky-high standards, you will create and maintain a loving and nurturing learning environment for children, while overseeing business administration, marketing, and financial operations

The Preschool Director ideally will have a strong understanding of school operations (filing, billing, enrollment etc.) with some knowledge of financial management (reduce expenses, budgeting, P&L analysis)

Preschool Director Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience at an early childhood facility with multiple classrooms and programs
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on childcare teaching experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in at a Director level role
  • Compliance with state licensing standards at a director level, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national and state education standards, licensing requirements and procedures, and fire, health, and OSHA regulations
  • Must have Director Certification within the state of Colorado

Preschool Director Description:

  • Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children
  • Develop open lines of communication with staff, parents, and children—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress
  • Build and support a qualified team of preschool educators to promote our superior reputation
  • Meet and exceed financial goals and objectives 
  • Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations
  • Provide unparalleled customer service
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies as well as federal, state, and company standards, regulations, and requirements including licensing, safety, and sanitation
