The Quality Assurance Associate must 2 years of Quality experience in a highly regulated industry

Quality Assurance Associate Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required as this position will entail direct engagement and management of internal cross-functional teams, external contractors, customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal direction or supervision provided
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually

  • Ability to interpret applicable regulations and standards and create/maintain/improve systems to meet those requirements

Quality Assurance Associate Description:

  • The Senior Associate, Quality and Regulatory Affairs will provide policy and process support for all aspects of the Delphinus Quality Management System (QMS).  The Senior Associate provides a key role to ensure that the QMS meets defined quality standards and global quality/regulatory requirements.  This position will help define, assess, develop, improve, implement, and maintain quality system processes.  The Senior Associate will also assist as needed in product development efforts from concept stage through design transfer to manufacturing.  The position will also support Quality and Regulatory aspects of manufacturing and customer use, including supplier management, quality control, material control, customer support, complaint handling, and document management activities.
