Summary:

Our client is one of Michigan’s largest food management companies and is looking to add an experienced and professional Recruiter to their team. The Recruiter, will serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting needs to an assigned client group within the organization. The Recruiter will focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, as well as developing recruiting plans and employing sourcing strategies.

The Recruiter must have two years of recruiting experience preferably for a service related industry.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2+ years of service related recruiting preferred
  • Ability to do local travel 25% of the time
  • Results orientated and collaborative work style required
  • Demonstrated success with a large volume of positions for diverse roles
  • ATS experience required
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven

Recruiter Description:

  • The Recruiting Partner serves as the primary point of contact for recruiting needs to an assigned client group within the organization
  • With a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, the Recruiter develops recruiting plans, employs sourcing strategies as well as develops recruiting resources
  • The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent
  • Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to develop a recruitment strategy that ensures a top talent pipeline
  • Ability to manage full life cycle recruiting.
  • Promote compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulation.
  • Fold in Continental Culture throughout recruiting discipline.
  • Must have the ability to be creative in sourcing and onboarding strategies.
  • Ability to influence others to follow recruiting process.
  • Ability to build a competitively superior organization by attracting talent.
