Summary:

Our client is a growing automotive packaging company headquartered in Livonia, MI. They are looking to add an experienced and professional RPG Programmer to the team. As part of the team, the RPG Programmer will be responsible for supporting existing applications and working with new development in RPGLE

The RPG Programmer needs to have strong working knowledge of AS/400 programming using RPGLE

RPG Programmer Requirements:

  • Must have strong working knowledge of AS/400 programming using RPGLE
  • At least 3 years information systems experience
  • Must be able to deliver high quality work products on time with minimum direction
  • Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple, concurrent projects
  • Must have a minimum of three years information systems experience
  • Must be able to provide after-hours support as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

RPG Programmer Description:

  • Support a large number of Hi-lo mounted RF units and scanners, hand held RF scanners, a large number of thermal label printers
  • Support a number of label formats for unit, master and pallet labels for various customers
